Getting Started

If you have talked to your healthcare practitioner, and would like to complete saliva or blood spot testing, you can pick up a test kit at any local Schwieterman Pharmacy location. Payment for the testing is required when obtaining the test kit. Complete collection instructions are included in the kit, as well as a prepaid shipping envelope to send your kit via UPS to the lab for analysis.

Testing options are numerous and knowing what to test can be overwhelming. We can help!
