Meet Our Support Staff

Katie Marchal, CPhT

Administrative Assistant/Director of Marketing

Katie received her Associate degree in Business from Edison Community College and joined Schwieterman Pharmacies in 2007. Katie then completed her compounding technician certification in 2010, at which time she began playing an integral role in the compounding division.  She is currently in charge of marketing, technical support, and administrative duties for the compounding division. Katie is available to schedule appointments and answer insurance billing questions.

   

Dawn Trame, RPh

BHRT Compounding Pharmacist

Dawn received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University in 1989. After training with the Professional Compounding Center of America in Houston, Texas, she became a certified compounding pharmacist in 2000. Dawn has specialized in compounded hormone replacement therapies for both men and women since 2000, and has been actively involved in consultations with patients and practitioners alike. She has undergone extensive off-site continuing education regarding bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Dawn will be available to work hand-in-hand with practitioners to facilitate prescribing BHRT, as well as be available to help address BHRT–related patient questions.

   

Renae Gaerke, RPh

Head Compounding Pharmacist/Store Manager 

Renae is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. She joined Schwieterman Pharmacies in 1993 and has been manager of compounding services since the inception of our compounding division. Renae has participated in continuing education regarding male and female bio-identical hormone replacement, pain management, wound management, and compounding options for the family practice physician. She has spoken for Grand Lake Health Systems “Women’s Health Day”. Renae will continue to play an active role in managing the pharmacy and overseeing the compounding lab, as well as actively working with practitioners to achieve optimal patient outcome.
