How Much Will This Cost?

The price list for saliva and blood spot testing are as follows. All payment is required when obtaining a test kit. If we have a prescription from your doctor for testing, we can submit the claim to your major medical insurance company for possible reimbursement to you. If you and your healthcare practitioner choose serum blood testing instead of saliva or blood spot testing, check with your insurance provider for coverage benefit details.

Hormone Profile I (HPI)

• Good basic assessment of sex steroid and adrenal hormones collected in the morning when levels should be at their peak.
